Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon

Description:  Bacon Wrapped Filets are a mouth-watering combination of tender choice filet wrapped in a smokey bacon strip.  Removable pins hold bacon in place during cooking.

Description:  Cut from the center of the tenderloin, using only grain-fed, Midwest beef, my Filet Mignon is properly aged to insure optimum flavor and tenderness, vacuum sealed and flash-frozen to secure freshness.

Description: If you like a tender and flavorful steak, our Prime Rib Eye Steak is just the cut for you.  Cut from the eye of the roast, this is melt in your mouth tender.

Description:  Sirloin steaks marinated in an authentic Teriyaki sauce.  If flavor and tenderness are your top priority, this is the ideal item for your broiler or grill.

Butter Garlic Steak

Description: Good friends, just called from there cell phone and there around the conner. So what! Open one of these well trimmed 8oz sirloins already marinated in a blend of butter & garlic and toss it on the grill. In about 10 Mins they'll think you were expecting them!

Delmonico Steaks

Description: Cut from the center of the rib-eye, these steaks are very tender, well marbled. Perfect for the grill!! Works well with a dry rub. These can be ordered also with the bone. we call them "Cowboy Steaks"

Flank Steak

Description: This is a lean, flat cut that's fairly tender and extremely flavorful.  Properly marinated, it's a wonderful steak to grill or broil, but don't overcook it or it will become very tough.  Before serving, cut the steak into thin slices at a slant against the grain.

London Broil

Description: A steak that is tender, juicy and bursting with flavor.

Sandwich Steaks

Desription: Very thin shaved sandwich steaks. Great for making Philly cheese steaks. Always flavorful and juicy.

Skirt Steaks

Descrition: These look like thick-grained flank steaks, and they're the cut of choice for making fajitas.  Since they're marbled with fat, they also make for very juicy steaks.  It's best to pound them flat, marinate briefly, then cook them over high heat.

Tenderloin Tips

Description: These Filet Mignon Tips are generously cut and trimmed of any fat. Perfect for a hearty stew, chili or kabobs.
