Maryland Crab Cakes

Description:  All natural Maryland crab cakes with plenty of crab. One taste, you'll be back for more. Be careful, they have a little kick to 'em. The only complaint we hear, " The guests wouldn't leave."

Packaging:  18-20 per box, bulk packaged.


Cooking Instructions: Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes

Crab Del Ray

Description: Blue crabmeat is combined with crisp vegetables and delicate spices, and simmered in a seafood roux. Lump crabmeat and premium breadcrumbs are blended to create outstanding texture, consistency, and flavor. A generous portion is placed in a natural crab shell; flash-frozen to lock in flavor.

Serving Suggestions: One for luncheon or two for dinner entree. Serve with drawn butter, lemon wedge, choice of vegetables or potato, and fresh garden salad. Add to king crab legs, broiled fish, or fried scallops for a most delightful seafood platter. Substitute for lobster tail on surf''n''turf.

Cooking Instructions: DO NOT THAW. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Cover bottom of baking pan with water. Place desired number of portions in pan. Bake approximately 25 minutes at 450F in conventional oven or for 15 - 20 minutes at 450F in convection oven.

Lobster Cakes

Description:  Big chunks of rich lobster meat tossed with spices and herbs, folded with egg yolks and seasoned crumbs. Ready to broil or bake. Absolutely delicious

Cooking Instructions: Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes


King Crab Legs

Description:  The BIGGEST, best and sweetest Alaskan King Crab Legs you have ever had. We use only the largest select crabs, and only during the peak of the season.  Individually quick frozen. Extremely meaty!

Packaging:  10 to 12 servings (4 lb. net weight).

Cooking Instructions: From frozen - steam for 8 to 10 minutes.

Scallops

Description:  Sweet and succulent Icelandic scallops. All individually flash frozen. All clean, perfect for saute, bake or broil.

Packaging:  70 - 80 scallops, bulk packaged.


Cooking Instructions: Defrost then broil, bake or saute until white in color and slightly firm. Do not over cook
