Eggs - Less than 1% of our market bread will contain egg. Eggs are sourced directly from my partner Carlos's own chicken coupe.

Fluid Dairy & Milk - Hudsons Dairy, Shrub Oaks, NY.

Grain & Flour -  35% of our grain and flour is sourced locally from Farmer Ground, in Trumansburg, NY.

Produce -blueberries, broccoli, broccoli rabe, garlic, onion, peppers, pumpkin, shallot, spinach, tomato, and zucchini are purchased from the following:

       Madura Farms- John & Christy Madura - Pine Island, NY.

       S & SO Produce- Stanley- Goshen, NY.

       DD Produce- Doug- Goshen, NY.

       Daveport Farms- Kingston, NY.

       Lipinski Farm- Diane- Goshen, NY.

• Less than 1% of our products at markets that contain olive, nuts, and chocolate are not locally grown.
• Basil, dill, oregano, and rosemary are grown and used seasonally from our personal home garden.
•  Approximately 30% of the bread that will be available at the market is made from locally sourced produce.
