Our guarantee is 100% unconditional, which means that if you try an item and you are not satisfied with it for any reason, we will cheerfully exchange or replace that item.

Q: Why are there no prices?
A: Our prices are listed on our ORDER PRODUCTS Page. Discounts are given based on the quantity purchased and by consumer loyalty.  Prices can be easily obtained by phone or email request.  All prices quoted are by case.

Local delivery to Northern New Jersey, Hudson Valley New York and Northern Pennsylvania is aways FREE.

Shipping charges to other areas are determined per order and will be emailed to you before the order is placed.

Q:What if I receive something I am not satisfied with?

A: We will replace or exchange any item you are not pleased with.

Q: How long will my items last?

A: Generally the shelf life for all meat products is one year from delivery and seafood is six months.  We can insure the quality because of our unique packaging, vacuum sealing and flash freezing method.  If you ever have a product that shows signs of freezer burn, we will gladly exchange or replace it.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase?

A: No.

Q: Is there a discount for large orders?

A: Yes, there is always a discount for larger orders.  Although we are wholesalers, we have certain customers that receive large orders twice a year, quarterly, monthly, etc., and additional discounts are based on volume.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: Never.

Q: Is this a 'freezer plan'?

A. No, there is no 'contract'; however, we do have many customers who are on a 'budget' plan.  This is for the customer who likes regularly scheduled monthly payments.

Q: What are the delivery charges?

A.  Local delivery to Northern New Jersey, Hudson Valley New York and Northern Pennsylvania is aways FREE.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A. Personal checks and major credit cards accepted. Cash is also nice!

Q: How will my order arrive?

A: Your order will be delivered, usually within 24 hours, based on your schedule.  All items will be arranged neatly in your freezer.  Upon request, the items will be accompanied with recipes and serving tips.

A:  No, we do not offer traditional catering services BUT we offer numerous, party-friendly items!
