Cooking Instructions & Suggestions

Maryland Champagne Crab Cakes   From frozen; Bake @ 400° 15-20 min or pan fry w/olive oil for 10-15 min turning till golden brown.
Serve with cocktail sauce, lemon or tartar sauce.


Garlic Herb Shrimp  From frozen; Sauté or broil till shell turns pink & shrimp is translucent. Serve on a bed or greens or toss with pasta.

Marinated Mahi Mahi  Thaw in cool water, grill or broil, turning 2-3 times till flakey & moist.

Marinated Swordfish  Thaw in cool water, grill or broil, turning 2-3 times till flakey & moist.

Stuffed Flounder  From frozen, bake @ 375, 25-30 mins.

Burgers From frozen, grill or broil, turning 3-4 times.

Lemon Chicken Remove from wrap frozen then thaw. Bake, sauté or broil turning twice. Keep juicy.

Newport Clam Chowder Never microwave! We don’t recommend freezing. Simmer till heated through. Container lasts unopened in fridge for 6 days.
